Take a well-deserved pause with our 30-minute Movement and Mindfulness session—designed just for Leading on Purpose Participants, Become, Restore and DNA creative team to unwind, reset, and recharge. Led by Dance Network Association's freelance artist Jess Swallow, this gentle and uplifting session blends breathwork, mindful movement, and joyful connection to help you release tension and refocus at the end of a busy week. No experience needed—just come as you are, take time for you, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and energised. A perfect way to close your week with calm, care, and a little spark of joy.
