For those attending with a companion or caregiver, please ensure a separate form is filled out for

each participant.

Once submitted, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation from our website that we have recieved your registration. Following this a member of the DNA team will follow up your registration by phone or email to finalise your booking and confirm you have a place in the class of your choice. Please do not attend without confirmation from a member of the team.

This is because some of our popular classes may be operating a waiting list, and therefore, we cannot guarantee last-minute registrations.
