Class description

In this block, we will introduce a Guest Artist, Bobbie Gargrave. Start the New Year with something uplifting and easy to join. Connect & Dance is a friendly, guided contemporary dance session designed especially for adults 50+. In January we're joined by guest artist, and regular class attendee, Bobbie Gargrave, who will gently introduce contemporary movement in a way that's comfortable, steady and completely adaptable to you. You don't need any dance experience - many of our participants once said "I'm not a dancer" too. This is your chance to move at your own pace, meet others in the community, enjoy some creativity and feel good in your body! No experience needed
