Leave a Gift in Your Will
Leave a Legacy of Joy, Movement and Connection
A gift in your Will, however big or small, could help keep future generations dancing, creating and connecting.
At Dance Network Association (DNA), we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of dance, movement, friendship and belonging, regardless of age, ability or health condition.
For many of our participants, DNA is so much more than a dance class. It's a welcoming community, a chance to feel connected, an opportunity to move with confidence and somewhere to create precious memories with others.
By remembering DNA in your Will, you could help ensure these moments continue for years to come.
A Lasting Gift That Makes a Difference
Leaving a gift to charity in your Will is a wonderful way to celebrate the causes and communities that have been important to you throughout your life.
Your kindness could help DNA:
-
Continue delivering specialist dance programmes for people living with dementia, Parkinson's and other health conditions.
-
Provide welcoming spaces where carers, companions and families can enjoy meaningful experiences together.
-
Reduce loneliness and isolation through movement, creativity and social connection.
-
Support professional community dance artists to deliver safe, inclusive and accessible activities.
-
Bring dance and creative wellbeing opportunities to more communities across Essex.
Your legacy could help create moments of happiness, friendship and belonging for people you may never meet, but whose lives you could touch in a truly meaningful way.
How Can I Leave a Gift to DNA?
Leaving a gift to Dance Network Association in your Will is straightforward, and you don't need to leave a large amount to make a difference.
There are several ways you can choose to support us.
1. A Gift of Money
You can leave a specific amount of money to DNA, known as a pecuniary gift.
2. A Percentage of Your Estate
You can leave a percentage or share of what's left of your estate after other gifts, debts and expenses have been paid. This is known as a residuary gift.
3. A Particular Item or Asset
You may choose to leave a specific item or asset, such as jewellery, property, or shares, to support our charitable work.
Whatever you choose, your generosity will help create opportunities for future generations to experience the wellbeing benefits of dance.
Your Loved Ones Always Come First
We understand that writing a Will is a deeply personal decision.
Your family, friends and loved ones should always come first, and we would never expect you to make a gift to DNA before considering those closest to you.
But if, after providing for your loved ones, you would like to remember DNA, we would be incredibly grateful.
There is no minimum gift, no expectation and absolutely no pressure.
