Our Dancing Through... resource book was created during lockdown to support care home staff, activity coordinators, scheme managers, individuals and companions to dance from the comfort of their own home, with lots of ideas! 

Our resource is being used now as a bank of activity and ideas for further CPD and we encourage you to download and make use of the pick and mix items for use in your own homes or care settings you work in!
