Coffee and Choreography

Well, it's official - Coffee & Choreography is coming to Wivenhoe! - and we'd love to see you there!

We're rolling out 5 x weekly sessions at £40 per person.

Based on the feedback we received from a taster session back in March these sessions will be a blend of gentle movement, connection, and community - with time to chat and reflect over a cuppa afterwards.

The class format will be a mixture of creative & fun energiser activities, followed by the chance to learn choreography and experiment with your own flow.

For this season, the choreography component of the class will span across the 5 weeks; and will be something we build on each week together in class.
