Weekly Sessions: On Wednesday's

Block 2 (5 weeks)
October 22/29 (no class Nov 5 due to DNA conference) and November 12/19/26

These sessions will be a blend of gentle movement, connection, and community - with time to chat and reflect over a cuppa afterwards.
For this season, the choreography component of the class will span across the 5 weeks; and will be something we build on each week together in class.
